We are looking for motivated and passionate Project Managers to join our Project team at Palisades. As an experienced Project Manager, you will have a portfolio of completed high-end multi-family residential projects. You enjoy working as part of a team, but have a pro-active approach to problem-solving and take responsibility on an individual level. You will be an integral part of a small and agile team working together to deliver our real estate projects from start to finish.


  • Manage the development and construction of high-end residential and mixed-use projects
  • Identify, mitigate and solve potential issues to ensure that each project is completed on time, under budget and with the highest standards of quality
  • Oversee critical aspects of each project, including on-site project visits, weekly project meetings and coordination with consultants
  • Review submittals, RFIs and architectural and construction documents


  • Previous experience working on luxury residential and multi-family projects
  • Undergraduate or higher degree in architecture, project management or relevant field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in project management role with a focus on construction and architecture
  • Understanding of the permitting and construction process, construction terminology and building systems
  • Understanding of overall project sequence and timing with an ability to prioritize evolving initiatives and break down complex tasks into steps that drive progress and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills: detail-oriented with the ability to plan and execute multiple projects with minimal direct supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: clearly communicate short and long-term goals to project stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools


  • Familiarity with planning and building departments in various municipalities across the Greater Los Angeles area, including the cities of Los Angeles, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills
  • California-licensed architect is a plus
  • Proficiency with building design and construction software, including Revit and AutoCAD is a plus
